Hee-sung Kang's practice focuses on real estate development, operation and transactions. In particular, Mr. Kang has advised on project finance vehicles (PFVs) in connection with real estate development projects and has provided comprehensive advice on the establishment and formation of general private equity funds and real estate investment trusts (REITs) and various investment structures based on them.

Mr. Kang has advised on the sale and purchase of various real estate assets, including office facilities, neighborhood living facilities, logistics warehouses, data centers and golf courses. He has drafted various business and loan agreements, including mortgage and PF loans.

A graduate of Seoul National University College of Law and Sungkyunkwan University Law School, Mr. Kang has been actively providing specialized legal advice in the Real Estate and Alternative Investment Group since joining Shin & Kim.
