Mr. Park is an associate at Shin & Kim LLC, and primarily practices in general regulatory advice. Mr. Park provides advice on regulatory responses in various areas such as blockchain, antitrust, and personal information, as well as legislation and state affairs audits.
Mr. Park majored in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Seoul National University and went on to pursue his Ph.D. at the Inter-university Semiconductor Research Center, where he researched display and organic semiconductor design. After that, he graduated from Korea University Graduate School of Law and served as an advocate for three years in the National Service Department and Administrative Litigation Department of the Ministry of Justice before joining Shin & Kim LLC.
