Mr. Jaejeong Kim graduated from Law Department of Seoul National University in 1986, Business School of Seoul National University in 1990, and Business School of University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1995.
Mr. Kim passed the 32nd Higher Civil Servant Examination in 1988, started his career in the Ministry of Construction, and had worked in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport for 30 years. His major careers as a public official includes national territorial planning & development, urban planning & development, land & housing policy, overseas construction, and legal affairs.
