Mr. Choonsam Lee is a partner specialized in criminal law at Shin & Kim, and his practice focuses on criminal cases, responses to police investigations and general litigation and the provision of advisory services.
Mr. Lee has served for the intelligence bureau of the Korean National Police Agency and other frontline police departments, including as the head of a cyber investigation team, for approximately 20 years, gaining extensive hands-on experience in investigations.
