Mr. Sang Wook Kim is an associate at Shin & Kim. His practice primarily focuses on tax audits, tax appeals, general tax advisory, and tax-related litigation including corporate and inheritance taxation.
Mr. Kim passed the Certified Public Accountant examination while attending Seoul National University Business School and began his career at Samil PwC. He later earned his J.D. from Seoul National University School of Law and was admitted to the Korean Bar. Prior to joining Shin & Kim, he gained experience in the tax team of Yoon & Yang LLC and the Financial Tax Division of Samjong KPMG, where he handled various tax-related matters including tax audits, appeals, and advisory for financial institutions. Since joining Shin & Kim’s Tax Practice Group, he continues to provide wide-ranging tax legal services.
