Mr. Byung-cheol Shin is an advisor at Shin & Kim, where he provides advisory services to the public sector based on his professional expertise in auditing.

Mr. Shin served for approximately 23 years in the Office of the Inspector General at the Ministry of Information and Communication, the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning, and the Ministry of Science and ICT. He also served as an Inspector General for a local government, performing comprehensive public sector audit and inspection duties.

In particular, Mr. Shin possesses extensive practical experience in areas requiring high levels of expertise, such as national research and development (R&D) projects, SOC investment projects based on local government finances, and the management of public sector contracts and programs involving subsidies and financial support.

Leveraging this experience in public audits and policy reviews, he currently provides advisory services to the public sector. These include preemptive planning, audit response strategy development, and comprehensive consulting on public investment and financial project management.
