Mr. KS Kim is a senior foreign attorney at Shin & Kim who advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, overseas investments, and other complex financial transactions.

Mr. Kim has more than 22 years of experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer in the United States, Hong Kong, and South Korea. He represents private equity funds and multinational corporations in a wide array of transactional matters, with a particular focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and corporate governance. His practice includes advising on sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional transactions and providing strategic counsel throughout all stages of the deal lifecycle.

Prior to joining Shin & Kim, he worked at Kadence Capital, Bae, Kim & Lee, Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer, White & Case, Linklaters, and DLA Piper, where he led a wide range of major domestic and cross-border transactions. He has extensive experience advising global private equity funds and major Korean companies on acquisitions, disposals, and investments.
