Jongmoo Lee is an Advisor at Shin & Kim LLC and provides advisory services primarily in the areas of infrastructure development, project finance, urban development, and real estate development projects.

Mr. Lee is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience gained at Samjong KPMG, Samsung C&T Corporation, Koramco REIT Management & Trust, and Samjong KPMG Advisory. Throughout his career, he has advised on a wide range of infrastructure and real estate development projects, including social overhead capital (SOC), power generation infrastructure, urban development, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and real estate funds.

In particular, Mr. Lee has provided feasibility studies and financial advisory services for numerous domestic and cross-border urban development projects, including smart city development projects in Malaysia, industrial complex development projects in Indonesia, new town development projects in Nigeria, and urban development projects in Vietnam. He has also advised on various infrastructure projects, including hydroelectric, solar, and biomass power generation projects, waste treatment facilities, and data centers.

In addition, Mr. Lee has conducted feasibility studies and provided financial advisory services for a broad range of public-sector development projects, including smart cities, public housing developments, and urban regeneration innovation districts. Based on these experiences, he has developed extensive expertise in project feasibility analysis, investment structure review, and financial advisory services for infrastructure and real estate development projects.
