Mr. Tushik Oh is an Advisor at Shin & Kim, and provides advisory services primarily in the areas of corporate criminal matters, general criminal matters, crimes affecting the public, and anti-corruption matters.

Mr. Oh began his career as a prosecution investigator at the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office in 2006 and has accumulated approximately 20 years of experience working at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, the Ministry of Justice, and other government authorities, handling a wide range of investigative and administrative duties. In particular, as an anti-corruption investigation specialist designated by the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, he gained extensive practical experience handling major high-level corruption cases, including the state affairs scandal, as well as corporate criminal cases, large-scale distribution-related corruption cases and other crimes affecting the public, and financial misconduct cases.

During his tenure in the prosecution service, Mr. Oh also performed a broad range of duties, including criminal intelligence gathering, anti-corruption investigations, warrant-related matters, victim support and protection of victims' rights, and administrative planning, developing a comprehensive understanding of criminal justice procedures.

Drawing on his extensive experience in criminal investigations and prosecutorial administration, Mr. Oh provides practical advisory services on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate and financial crimes, criminal cases involving fair trade violations, anti-corruption matters, and general criminal matters.
