Hyundai Commercial Inc. issued 5,000,000 new shares.

Shin & Kim represented Hyundai Commercial Inc. in respect of its issuance of new shares to three (3) financial institutions.  Hyundai Commercial Inc. issued 5,000,000 new shares, 20% of total issued and outstanding shares, in the form of preferred convertible shares at the issuance price of KRW 20,000 per share as a result of the closing of the Transaction.  The transaction closed on November 7, 2011. Chang Hyun Song and Eun Nyung Lee of the firm's M&A practice group led the advisory team.
