Shin & Kim, the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and the Korea Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI) hosted a briefing session on “Legal Issues and Responsive Measures in International Commerce for Local Companies Operating Overseas” at the KCCI office on June 16, 2014.


Senior Advisor Dae-Young Lee and Customs Consultant Yun-Ok Choi presented on origin verification procedures, pricing of imported goods and practical considerations, and then Senior Partner Doo-Sik Kim explained changes in international commercial order, relevant legal issues and conflict case studies.
