Shin & Kim has enjoyed a tremendous year in 2021, winning the “Insurance Law Firm of the Year”, the “Restructuring and Insolvency Law Firm of the Year” and the “M&A Deal of the Year” at the ALB Korea Law Awards 2021 held on December 2, 2021.
Following last year’s “Construction and Real Estates Law Firm of the Year Award,” Shin & Kim has won the Law Firm of the Year Awards in two practice areas: “Insurance” and “Restructuring and Insolvency.”
Moreover, Shin & Kim was recognized for its role in advising on Korean Air’s acquisition of Asiana Airlines, which has been named the "M&A Deal of the Year."
The 9th ALB Korea Law Awards is an annual event hosted by the Asian Legal Business (ALB), which is one of the world’s most influential European legal magazines in the Asia-Pacific region. The award winners are selected based on evaluation by an undisclosed panel consisting of law schools, law firms, legal associations, and experts in the relevant field.
