M&A Advisory Ranking, Shin & Kim ranked 1st by Bloomberg for the first half of 2008

According to the performance record announced on July 1st by Bloomberg, Shin & Kim was ranked first among all Korean law firms in mergers and acquisitions in terms of deal volume – a total of $ 11.345 billion.

 

Shin & Kim was active in some of the top 10 M&A deals in Korea during the first-half of 2008, including ▲ Kumho Asiana Group’s acquisition of Korea Express Inc. ▲ Kookmin Cable Investment Co., Ltd.’s purchase of C&M ▲ Acquisition of Mando Corporation by a consortium led by Halla Engineering & Construction Corp. ▲ Morgan Stanley Private Equity Fund and Shinhan Private Equity Fund’s purchase of Norskeskog Korea ▲ Kookmin Bank's acquisition of Bank Center-Credit in Kazakhstan.
