Mr. Jae-Doo Shim is a senior counsel at Shin & Kim. Mr. Shim has dealt with all types of corporate litigations, particularly the disputes relating to insurance, marine transportation, construction and real estate.
Mr. Shim completed the LLM program at Wales Cardiff of England, where he conducted the focused research on the issues of insurance and marine transportation. Mr. Shim published some books related to the laws of marine insurance and transportation. Mr. Shim also has extensive experiences in dispute resolutions of construction and real estate businesses.
