Shin & Kim has advised CBRE Global Investors Korea (licensed collective investment business entity) in connection with the acquisition by its Korean real estate funds whose beneficiary is Public Officials Benefit Association of the units of the Jersey Private Unit Trust, of which the underlying asset is the office building called Thames Court located in London, UK, from the vehicles managed by Apollo Global Real Estate Management. The unit sale and purchase agreement was executed on 11 May 2012 and completed on 29 May 2012. The purchase price is GBP 165 million. Partners Jangwon Seo and Yong Ho Han led the transaction.
