On May 22, 2013, Shin & Kim co-hosted the “Switzerland – Enable Your Business in Europe” seminar with the Embassy of Switzerland and PricewaterhouseCoopers Samil.
The “Switzerland – Enable Your Business in Europe” seminar included presentations on investing in Switzerland, considerations for Korean investments into Switzerland, and cooperative legal consulting on investment in Switzerland for executives and employees of companies interested in investing in Switzerland. In particular, drawing from his ten-year legal career and consulting experience in Europe, Mr. Charley Tschoy of Shin & Kim gave a much lauded presentation on the need for legal advice on foreign investments.
