Attorney Jong-Chae Jung of Shin & Kim was invited to give a lecture on “Training on Prevention of Improper Concerted Conduct” at the Fair Competition Federation on August 23, 2013.
The purpose of this program was to strengthen internal antitrust compliance capabilities of companies. With a focus on companies’ approach to appropriate counter-measures against improper concerted conduct, Mr. Jung discussed the recent major decisions of the Supreme Court and high courts and practical guidelines on how to take full advantage of the leniency program.
Mr. Jung specializes in the areas of taxation and antitrust, and Mr. Jung has significant experience in cartels, business combinations and abuse of market dominance, as well as tax litigation, tax investigation, international taxation and amendments to tax laws and regulations.
