Shin & Kim was recognized as the ‘Employer of Choice 2019’ by ‘Asian Legal Business,’ a leading source for legal information in the Asian region.
Each year since 2009, Asian Legal Business selects the best law firms to work for in the Asian region based on annual surveys. Law firms are ranked on the basis of job satisfaction, remuneration, work-life balance, career prospects, mentorship and job security, among others.
This year, the survey was conducted during February and March and more than 2,500 lawyers submitted their responses. ALB Magazine’s April 2019 edition stated that Shin & Kim was recognized as an ‘Employer of Choice 2019’ as “the relationship between colleagues is very friendly, and the lawyers provide great support to their colleagues.”
