Miri Ju is an associate at Shin & Kim whose practice focuses on real estate development, management and transactions.

Ms. Ju provides expert advice on the development and sale of various real estate assets, including commercial buildings, warehouses, data centers, hotels, and golf courses in urban centers, and drafts various loan agreements and ancillary agreements in connection with such transactions. She has also tailored her advice to the clients’ needs by drawing on her experience in logistics parks, industrial complexes, and other real estate assets.

Ms. Ju graduated from the Korea University College of Media and Business Administration and the Korea University School of Law. Since joining Shin & Kim, she has been providing specialized legal advice in the Real Estate Alternative Investment Practice Group.
