Hyunsang Cho is currently an attorney at Shin & Kim, and his main areas of work include patents, utility models, trademarks, designs, copyrights, trade secrets, acts of unfair competition, various intellectual property rights, and civil/criminal litigation related to entertainment.

Mr. Cho served as a law clerk at the Patent Court for three years and was in charge of various tasks related to intellectual property rights, such as litigation for revocation of a trial decision by the Intellectual Property Tribunal and litigation related to infringement of intellectual property rights.
