Mr. Yoon-seob Ko is an advisor at Shin & Kim, responsible for consulting and advising on claims at the Construction Claim Center.

While working as a construction engineer at DL E&C and Dongbu E&C for 18 years, he personally performed risk management tasks for each stage of the construction project (from contract review to commencement to completion) including design change claims based on his practice in on-site construction, quality, and cost management. Based on such experience, he strives to resolve various claims and disputes arising in construction sites.
