Over the years, Ms. Kim has worked on patent applications and counseling for major Korean companies, government-funded agencies, universities, and startups in the fields of electronics, telecommunications, computers, and software, including semiconductor process and design, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, AI, autonomous driving, fintech, SW, BM, and UX/UI.
Ms. Kim has extensive experience in IP practice in Korea and overseas, including the U.S., China, Japan, and Europe. She has handled a variety of matters ranging from patent risk assessment, technology trend analysis, patent validity/invalidity review, patent infringement review, and patent mining.
