Mr. Park has conducted analyses related to contract price adjustments, including price escalation, design changes, and extensions of the construction period, for numerous public and private construction projects, based on the Act on Contracts to Which the State is a Party and the Act on Contracts to Which a Local Government is a Party, while working at the Construction Economics Research Center (CERI).
