Mr. Jong-Ho Song is a partner at Shin & Kim. His main practice areas include capital markets transactions(such as domestic and cross-border offerings of securities), disputes related to securities and finance, corporate governance and general corporate advisory matters.
In the areas of securities and finance transactions, Mr. Song advised on highly sophisticated deals, including those that earned Shin & Kim the Deal of the Year award of IFLR (International Financial Law Review). He also advises on complex M&A transactions, such as M&A of financial institutions and PEFs.
