Ms. Jooye Oh is a partner of Shin & Kim. Ms. Oh’s main areas of practice include real estate transactions, cross-border investments, M&A and general corporate matters. She provides comprehensive real estate advisory services related to domestic and foreign real estate investments, including real estate investment and development, REF and REITs, PF, real estate-related financial advice, as well as cross-border real estate investments involving U.S., Japan, Singapore, Europe, and Southeast Asia. With her experience in training at the University of Tokyo in Japan, she also accumulates expertise in investment in inbound and outbound real estate investment deals involving Japan.
