Mr. Jaeshin Yu is a partner at Shin & Kim whose practice focuses on white collar crime, litigation, investigations, privacy, trade secret and technology infringement, and virtual assets.

Mr. Yu entered Seoul National University College of Law with highest honors and majored in law, and after obtaining the bar license, began his legal career as a legal officer at the litigation department of the Seoul High Prosecutor’s Office and has experience in reasonably handling numerous state litigations. During his service at the Korea Legal Aid Corporation, he was the head (acting head) of the Iksan Branch Office and was ranked first in the performance evaluation among 131 institutions nationwide without losing a single case, and is evaluated as an attorney with excellent litigation skills.

Since joining Shin & Kim, Mr. Yu has provided the highest level of services in criminal investigation and litigation based on detailed analysis of facts and review of legal principles.
