Mr. Dong Kyu Won is a certified labor consultant at Shin & Kim, mainly practicing as an advisor and consultant in the labor and employment area.
Mr. Won provides consulting and advice on illegal discharges, discrimination correction and other various cases under the National Labor Relations Commission, labor and employment consulting for domestic and foreign corporates, consulting on dispatched/subcontracts and employment inspection, industrial safety and Serious Accident Punishment Act, redundancy dismissal, and overall collective labor-management relations.
Mr. Won served as a state-appointed labor attorney at the Labor Relations Commission, a consultant of workplace innovation at the Korea Certified Public Labor Attorneys Association, an advisor at the Business Support Center of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, and presently serves as a regular member of the Society of Labor Law Theory and Profession, and as an external member of other organizations.
