Daeyong Baek Lectures on the “EU’s Antitrust Regulations and Strategies of Korean Companies” at the 4th Business Symposium at the Yonsei -Seri EU Center

At the 4th business symposium organized by the Yonsei-Seri EU Center, Mr. Daeyong Baek gave a presentation entitled “The EU’s Antitrust Law Regulations and Strategies of Korean Companies”. The presentation was very favorably received by the audience as it provided practical legal guidelines to Korean companies seeking to enter the European market, given that the EU is strengthening its antitrust enforcement, including regulations on taxes, cartels and abuse of market dominance with respect to multinational corporations.

 

As a former official of the Korea Fair Trade Commission, Mr. Baek’s main areas of practice focus on fair trade and broadcasting and communications laws. Mr. Baek currently serves as advisory counsel to the Korea Fair Trade Commission.
