Hyung-Won Kim, a former presiding judge of the Changwon District Court, joined Shin & Kim.
Mr. Kim started his career as an administrative officer at the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Tax Tribunal. Subsequently, Mr. Kim, serving as a judge of the Daejeon District Court and of the Seoul Administrative Court and most recently as a presiding judge of the Changwon District Court, had presided over various tax and administrative cases including tax disposition, expropriation, urban maintenance, development activities, health/medical treatment, labor, collection/redemption and general administrative cases.
The addition of Mr. Hyung-Won Kim will undoubtedly strengthen Shin & Kim especially in the practice areas of tax and administration.
