At the seminar, patent infringement litigation in the U.S. and Korea was compared and related diverse experiences were shared with IP lawyers.
With IHCF Korea in-house lawyers and IP lawyers present at the seminar, Partner Yong-Ho Moon from Shin & Kim and Lawyer Paul T. Meiklejohn from Dorsey & Whitney LLP gave a presentation on “Patent Infringement Litigation: Trial” and “US Patent Infringement Litigation: Pre-filing Considerations,” respectively.
