Ms. Eunyoung Jung is a partner at Shin & Kim. Her main areas of practice include finance-related civil and criminal lawsuits, financial regulatory advice, financial institution inspections, and response to sanctions.
Ms. Jung has a wide range of experience across the fields of financial disputes and financial regulations, and drawing from her practice, provides comprehensive services from legal advice to litigation. She has successfully represented many domestic financial institutions in civil and criminal lawsuits and is expanding her scope of work to financial institution inspections, response to sanctions, and consulting on internal control systems. In addition, she led major litigation cases of Shin & Kim.
Ms. Jung double majored in consumer studies and business administration at Seoul National University, graduated from Ewha Law School, obtained a master’s degree (LL.M.) from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) Law School, and passed the first bar exam.
Ms. Jung was selected as a Rising Star in 2022 by the Legal Times and was also awarded as the 2022 Best Attorney by Chosun Biz.

- Represented a major asset management company in the lawsuit for restitution of unjust enrichment in connection with overseas real estate funds
- Advised on the lawsuit for restitution of unjust enrichment filed against a foreign investment bank in connection with the loan agreement combined with derivatives transactions
