Mr. Tae Joon Kim is an advisor at Shin & Kim with expertise in foreign exchange.

Mr. Kim has worked at the Bank of Korea for more than 10 years. Since he joined Shin & Kim in 2015, Mr. Kim has provided advice on the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act and the Foreign Investment Promotion Act, including analysis of regulatory issues in overseas/foreign investment and foreign exchange trading, optimal foreign exchange transaction methods consulting, foreign exchange transaction reporting, and defense against violations of the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act.

In addition, based on his first-hand experience in reviewing foreign exchange transactions at the Bank of Korea and providing relevant advisory services at Shin & Kim, Mr. Kim delivers lectures to organizations, such as LAWnB and Korea Institute of Financial Investment, on Korea's foreign exchange transactions with topics customized to the clients’ needs.
