Introduction

Seungho Lee is a partner at Shin & Kim whose main practice areas are energy and resources, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, and general corporate matters.

Mr. Lee has advised companies and investment firms in the energy sector in Korea and overseas on energy regulation, investment, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). His practice also includes transactional and regulatory matters in the renewable energy sector, including hydrogen, wind, and solar, and other energy sources such as LNG and waste-to-energy.
Graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Economics, Mr. Lee completed the course of the Judicial Research and Training Institute (43rd class), and attended the U.S. Law and Policy Program at the University of San Diego. Before joining Shin & Kim, Mr. Lee served as a judge advocate, an advisory counsel to the Korea Energy Agency, and a member of the Hydrogen Power Bidding Market Working Committee of the Korea Power Exchange since 2023.
