Introduction

Ms. Ryo Kim is currently an associate at Shin & Kim, where her practice focuses on corporate law, including projects, energy, and M&A.

In particular, Ms. Kim has advised Korean and foreign companies and investment companies in the energy sector on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and investments. She has also worked on transactions, laws and regulations and institutions related to renewable energy such as wind and PV, and various energy sources such as LNG, waste and electricity.

In addition, she was seconded to Corio Generation Limited, a global company specializing in offshore wind power, where she advised on M&A, governance and wind power projects.
