JunMin Park is an associate at Shin & Kim whose practice focuses on responding to unfair trade practice investigations and sanctions by the Financial Supervisory Service, external audit and advisory services related to anti-money laundering, and corporate criminal defense.

Mr. Park received his J.D. from Seoul National University School of Law, passed the 8th Bar Examination, and has been practicing at Shin & Kim since 2019.

• Advised an affiliate of a Korean conglomerate on its compliance reviews and related work
• Advised and represented clients in responding to investigations and filing referrals for criminal prosecution under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes
