Ms. In Sun Na is an associate at Shin & Kim. Her main areas of practice include legislative strategy consulting, corporate regulatory compliance, and related disputes.
Ms. Na provides advisory services on a wide range of legislative and policy areas, including the enactment and amendment of laws and regulations, institutional reforms, and assistance with parliamentary audits and investigations, as well as hearings. She has gained a comprehensive understanding of the legislative and policy-making processes by providing advice on the above areas, and by participating in the government’s legislative and institutional reform processes. Ms. Na also provides advice on various regulatory issues faced by companies and handles related disputes.
Before joining Shin & Kim, she served as a member of various committees at public institutions and local governments, including the Audit Advisory Committee of the Korea Real Estate Board and the HR Committee of Incheon Metropolitan City. Drawing on the understanding of the public sector she has gained through these experiences, she provides effective solutions to the various policy and regulatory challenges faced by companies.
Ms. Na earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Korea University and a Master of Laws from Seoul National University Law School.
