Jae-ho Sohn is a Certified Public Accountant and attorney at Shin & Kim LLC, where he advises and represents clients in complex litigation and regulatory matters involving accounting and financial issues, including accounting oversight, corporate governance, and control disputes.

Prior to joining Shin & Kim, he gained extensive experience in audit and accounting practices at Jeonghyun Accounting Corporation and Deloitte Anjin LLC. He also served as a member of the National Accounting Settlement Support Group organized by the Korean Institute of Certified Public Accountants, during which he was seconded to the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.

Mr. Sohn’s practice focuses on accounting oversight-related disputes and regulatory responses, particularly in cases involving delisting, accounting irregularities, and audit opinions.
