• Represented Skylake Equity Partners in its acquisition of BusinessOn Communication, an electronic tax invoice solution provider.
• Advised SK ecoplant on the in-kind contribution of 100% of the ordinary shares of SK S.E. Asia Pte. Ltd., a special purpose vehicle holding shares in SK Essencore.
• Advised SK ecoplant on its comprehensive share exchange with SK Materials Airplus, pursuant to which SK Materials Airplus became its wholly owned subsidiary.
• Represented IMM Private Equity in its sale of Genuone Sciences, a leading small-molecule CDMO in Korea.
• Advised Elevation Equity Partners and Jollibee Foods Corporation, a Philippine restaurant group, on their joint acquisition of Compose Coffee and JMCF.
• Represented SK enpulse in its transfer of its fine ceramics business division, which is engaged in semiconductor materials manufacturing, to Hahn & Company.
