Ms. Yoo Kyung Shin works in the Antitrust Group of Shin & Kim, where she focuses her practice on antitrust matters, including cartels, unfair trade practices, merger filings, excessive concentration of economic power, subcontracting, franchising, labelling and advertising.
Ms. Shin graduated from Korea University College of Life Sciences and Biotechnology and College of Political Science and Economics, and received her J.D. from Korea University School of Law. Since joining Shin & Kim in 2022, she has worked in the Antitrust Group, providing legal advice, responding to KFTC investigations and hearings, and handling administrative litigation.
