Jeongju Kim

Mr. Jeongju Kim is an Advisor at Shin & Kim, mainly practicing in the areas of local and international real estate and infrastructure development finance.
Prior to joining Shin & Kim, Mr. Kim served at the Korea Housing Finance Corporation, where he handled new product development and risk management. He also worked at the National Assembly Research Service, overseeing policy finance, particularly infrastructure finance. In addition, he conducted numerous research projects on promoting infrastructure investment and real estate development finance at the Construction and Economy Research Institute of Korea.
