Mr. In Dong Park is a partner at Shin & Kim. His main practice areas include Labor and Employment, M&A and Real Estate Trust.

Mr. Park joined Roh & Yang (the predecessor of Yoon & Yang) in 1994 after being discharged from the military as a judge advocate and has gained extensive experience in various fields, including civil, criminal, administrative and intellectual property, real estate trust, and health insurance. In 2000, he studied abroad at Waseda University in Japan, and since 2007, he has been a member of the Tokyo Bar Association in Tokyo, Japan, where he has been practicing as a foreign lawyer for seven years.

Since then, Mr. Park has mainly advised Japanese companies based in Korea, but more recently has focused on Korean companies expanding into Japan.

• Advised on the revocation of trust in name of Jeonju Yi Clan (against 222 trustees)
• Represented in the trademark dispute of Korea Academy
• Advised on the settlement of the trust property for the Seongnam Express Bus Terminal Project of Korea Investment Real Estate Trust Co., Ltd.
• Advised TOWA Corporation in Korea-Japan M&A transactions, including the merger and acquisition of Secron Co., Ltd.
• Advised Japanese companies in Korea on their HR system reorganization projects, including the HR system reform of Nippon Express Korea
• Advised Japanese companies in Korea on corporate matters, especially HR, compliance, etc.
• Advised on the settlement of debts owed by Japanese companies to Korean companies, etc.
• Advised on Korean companies entering the Japanese market and supporting business in Japan
