Jae Min Kang

Mr. Jae Min Kang is an associate at Shin & Kim, mainly practicing in the areas of Finance Disputes, Capital Markets and Criminal Litigation.
Mr. Kang has extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation, particularly in civil disputes involving corporations and financial institutions, as well as criminal cases concerning violations of the Capital Markets Act.
He graduated from the College of Law at Seoul National University and earned his J.D. from Korea University School of Law and also completed doctoral coursework in social law at the Graduate School of Korea University. Prior to joining SHIN & KIM, he served as a Judge Advocate in the Republic of Korea Armed Forces, where he worked as a military prosecutor for three years.
