Hyung Joon Park

Mr. Hyung Joon Park is a partner at Shin & Kim, where his main practice areas include mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity funds (PEF), and various corporate transactions and general corporate advisory matters.
Mr. Park graduated from the College of Law and the Law School at Yonsei University, and received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from UCLA School of Law in 2023. Before joining Shin & Kim in 2025, he worked at Yulchon, where he gained extensive experience advising a wide range of domestic and international clients on M&A, equity investments, and other corporate legal matters.
