Mr. Hyunmin Park is an Advisor at Shin & Kim, mainly practicing in the areas of finance.

Mr. Park was responsible for IT risk management, IT performance evaluation, financial IT compliance inspection, IT incident response, and information leakage measures for financial companies at the Financial Supervisory Service. He has participated in more than 70 on-site inspections of financial companies and has extensive experience and expertise in financial company IT operations, inspections, and sanctions.

In addition, Mr. Park has practical experience in developing and operating the IT systems of the Hometax of the National Tax Service and Standard Chartered Securities Korea, and has participated in the information protection and financial support task forces of the Office for Government Policy Coordination, the Ministry of Justice, and the Financial Services Commission.
