Mr. Chungyeon Lee is a Senior Advisor at Shin & Kim, where he provides advisory services in the areas of capital markets as well as listing and disclosure regulations.

Mr. Lee began his career in 1995 at the Korea Securities Dealers Association (currently the Korea Financial Investment Association) and has since built over 30 years of experience by serving in key positions at the Korea Exchange. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in both the regulatory framework and practical operations of the capital markets. From the early stages of the preliminary listing review system, he was involved in IPO review processes, and later led substantive listing eligibility reviews, overseeing matters related to listing maintenance and delisting.

In particular, while serving as Executive Vice President of the KOSDAQ Market Division, he was responsible for overall market operations, including listing, disclosure, and listing management. He also handled listing reviews and related matters for numerous companies, including those qualifying under the technology special listing track in sectors such as biotechnology, materials, and parts & equipment. In addition, he participated as a member of the Listing Committee, the Corporate Review Committee, and the Disclosure Committee of the Korea Exchange, contributing to key decision-making processes such as preliminary listing reviews, disclosure sanctions, and delisting determinations.

Currently, based on his extensive practical experience in the capital markets, Mr. Lee provides comprehensive advisory services across the financial investment sector, including regulatory compliance for listing and disclosure, corporate reviews, and accounting supervision issues.
