Shin & Kim and Dorsey & Whitney LLP held a luncheon seminar on ‘Patent Infringement Litigation in the U.S. and Korea’ in the conference room of Shin & Kim on October 7, 2010. At the seminar, patent infringement litigation in the U.S. and Korea was compared and related diverse experiences were shared with IP lawyers.
With IHCF Korea in-house lawyers and IP lawyers present at the seminar, Partner Yong-Ho Moon from Shin & Kim and Lawyer Paul T. Meiklejohn from Dorsey & Whitney LLP gave a presentation on “Patent Infringement Litigation: Trial” and “US Patent Infringement Litigation: Pre-filing Considerations,” respectively.
