Shin & Kim has recently recruited Ms. Eun-Jung Ha. An experienced litigation lawyer, after passing the 40th annual Korean Bar examination (and training in the 30th Class of the Judicial Research & Training Institute), Ms. Ha worked with the Busan law firm, Kukje, from 2001 to 2009, representing various financial institutions, corporations and large hospitals located in Gyeongsang Province in major lawsuits. Ms. Ha also served as a member of the Administrative Appeals Commission of Busan Metropolitan City and the Women’s Policy Commission of Daegu City.
Currently, Ms. Ha remains very active in the Busan area as a member of the Mediation Committee of the Busan High Court, a member of the Urban Dispute Mediation Committee of the Busan Metropolitan City, a member of Chung-gu Office of the Busan Metropolitan City, a member of the Social Unification Committee of the Busan Immigration Office and a legal advisor to the Busan Green Business Association, the Busan Game Association and the Busan Information Technology Association.
