Mr. Phil-Woong Park is currently a partner at Shin & Kim whose main practice areas include criminal defense (investigation and trial defense) and corporate compliance.

Since joining Shin & Kim in 2015, Mr. Park has gained extensive experience in handling investigations and trial defense in major criminal cases for corporations and individuals. He has also advised Korean and foreign companies from various industries on corporate compliance.

Mr. Park graduated from Seoul National University College of Law and completed the 41st Class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute. Before joining Shin & Kim, Mr. Park served as a public service advocate and a member of the Bar Examining Committee for the 5th Bar Exam.
