Ms. Jeyoon Moon is a partner at Shin & Kim and her practice focuses on advising on real estate transactions and development projects in Korea and abroad, real estate-related financial transactions, foreign exchange transactions and foreign investment, establishment and management of funds under the Capital Markets Act and REITs under the Real Estate Investment Company Act, and general corporate matters.
As a partner in the Real Estate & Alternative Investment Group, Ms. Moon has participated in various real estate and M&A projects in Korea and abroad, and has advised domestic and international clients in connection with alternative real estate investments using various investment vehicles.
