Jinsol Lee is an associate at Shin & Kim whose practice focuses on real estate transactions and development projects in Korea, foreign investment in Korean real estate and Korean investment in foreign real estate, and general corporate counseling.

As a professional in Shin & Kim's Real Estate & Alternative Investment Practice Group, Ms. Lee advises on a wide range of real estate acquisition and sale transactions involving various investment vehicles, including collective investment vehicles, REITs, PFVs and SPCs. Since joining the group, she has successfully handled various types of real estate transactions and development projects, including office buildings, warehouses, hotels and data centers, and has also advised on industrial complexes and logistics parks.

In addition, Ms. Lee has extensive experience not only in real estate transactions between Korean investors, but also in foreign investors' investments in Korean real estate and Korean investors' investments in foreign real estate, which gives her an unparalleled advantage in cross-border real estate transactions.

Ms. Lee graduated from Seoul National University, Department of Economics and received her J.D. from Seoul National University School of Law. She has been practicing at Shin & Kim since 2019 after passing the 8th Bar Examination.
